As a parent you want to make sure your child is happy and successful. Now that your child is about to become an adult, you want to make sure they are well equipped for the world. Although they are becoming more independent, they still need your support and guidance in choosing a school.

School History

In 1986, Scottsdale Culinary Institute was established. Scottsdale Culinary Institute rapidly built a reputation for excellence, drawing students from throughout the United States and around the world.

In 1999, Le Cordon Bleu arrived in the United States. Its partnership with Scottsdale Culinary Institute now combines classical French techniques with modern American technology. This union has ushered in a new era of culinary arts around the world.

Programs

We offer a Bachelor of Arts, Associate of Occupational Studies or a Certificate in one of three program areas: Culinary Arts, Patisserie and Baking or Hospitality and Restaurant Management.

Housing

Scottsdale Culinary Institute is located in the beautiful and acclaimed resort destination of Scottsdale, Arizona. Our main campus is nestled among beautiful trails and parks, as are the many apartment properties in which our students live. We offer a complimentary apartment locating service to help you secure an ideal place for your child to live. Many apartments are within walking or biking distance of the school. We also offer fully furnished, dorm-style living and roommate matching.

Financial Aid/Scholarships

Sending a child off to college is difficult enough without the stress of planning for his or her tuition. Scottsdale Culinary Institute is committed to helping families identify attainable goals to finance their child’s culinary education or hospitality management training. Every student is provided with a plan to pay for their culinary education. Financial aid is available for those who qualify and our friendly tuition planning staff is available to all students.

Tutoring/mentorship program

Our students are offered personalized support. Each student is assigned a chef instructor as their mentor to help guide them through their time at Scottsdale Culinary Institute. For extra help we offer tutoring through our library.
