All of our classes at our culinary art school are taught by professional chefs that provide the insight and real world experience necessary to be successful in the industry today. Since we limit the number of students in each class, we can provide the exemplary culinary training that is synonymous with the Le Cordon Bleu name. Plus, in order to emulate real-world situations and give students the skills they need, our classrooms and labs are outfitted with industry-current equipment
to ensure a smooth transition into their new culinary environment.

Multiple Locations Provide Diverse Culinary Learning Experience Camelback Campus Combines Plush Surroundings with Practical Culinary Training

Scottsdale Culinary Institute has two (2) campuses in the Scottsdale area. Our Camelback Campus is housed in a former country club and named for Camelback Mountain. This beautiful location is part of the high-end resort destinations of the Phoenix Metropolitan area and looks out on a golf course, lakefront, and of course, the Camelback Mountain. Our Camelback Campus contains the Education Department, the Library and Resource Center, L’Ecole student-run restaurant and several kitchens and classrooms.

3 Star Student Run Restaurant

We are proud to say that the L’Ecole Restaurant is a Mobil 3-star, student run restaurant located at this campus. The Mobil 3-star rating is the highest award granted for student-operated restaurants. L’Ecole Restaurant is dining at its finest and can accommodate over 100 patrons. If you wish to dine with us, reservations are almost always required, as the restaurant has gained an excellent reputation. Therefore, reservations are often filled more than a month in advance. L’Ecole is an operations classroom and instructional laboratory for our students of Scottsdale Culinary Institute.

Sky Bridge Campus Offers High Caliber Culinary Training with a View

Our Sky Bridge Campus is an expansion of the Camelback main campus. Located in Old Town Scottsdale, this campus is only minutes from the main campus. You can enjoy a spectacular panorama of Scottsdale’s popular 5th Avenue shops and explore its acclaimed tourist district. The Sky Bridge Campus accommodates administrative offices, L’Acadamie student-run restaurant, classrooms and several kitchens.

L’Academie Restaurant Offers Practical Learning Experience

Our bistro-style restaurant, L’Academie, calls the Sky Bridge Campus home. You can feel the energy in this wonderful eating environment. Its centralized location attracts locals, as well as tourists throughout the year and gives students an opportunity to gain real-world experience in managing all aspects of the restaurant, from cooking to purchasing to making sure the guests are happy with their dining experience.
